Granbylund, the farm's oldest and best preserved croft. Here you will find stories about the essence, folk beliefs and exciting traditions, statesmen, peasants and soldiers. Experience the development of the countryside and hear about the lives and conditions of the crofters of the past. The unaltered farm structure of the village has been nominated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Kokroki

Vi ordnar workshops och endagskurser i kokroki under ledning av Åsa Alneng, konstnär och illustratör. @asaalnengdesign.art Kroki är ett av de bästa sätten att lära sig teckna. Det handlar om att träna ögat att se former, volymer och linjer genom att teckna efter levande modell – vare sig denna har två eller fyra ben. Vår kokroki passar såväl nybörjare som vana. Lunch, fika och material ingår i priset. Vi använder kol, blyerts och akvarell (dynor, fällstolar, staffli, skivor + klämmor finns). Kläder efter väder då vi kommer att vara utomhus. Granby Viking Farm

*1000 years ago on Granby there was a mighty Viking farm. Among the graves and remains are the foundation and the plateau of a large hall building at the top of the hill next to Granbyhällen. * An example of a farm environment in the Mälar area during the younger Iron Age. With the help of the guide, we get to know the Viking farm, the life there and also the names of some of the inhabitants.
